Flaw detectors AKA-Skan AD-60K, ID-91M, GALS VD-103, etc.

The VECTOR-SCAN flaw detector is designed to monitor electrically conductive products for defects such as surface and subsurface cracks, corrosion, violations of continuity and uniformity of materials, semi-finished products and finished products made of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, carbon plastics, etc. Eddy current, magnetoinduction, impedance, low-frequency ultrasonic and EMA control methods are implemented in the flaw detector. It is possible to connect low-frequency piezoelectric, impedance and electromagnetic-acoustic (EMA) converters.
The acoustic flaw detector AD-60K is designed for acoustic inspection of products made of composite and other materials with high attenuation using the impedance method and the method of free oscillations, for the determination of delaminations, non-adhesives, internal defects in products made of laminated plastics, composite and cellular materials. The flaw detector allows you to connect any types of impedance (combined, separately combined) and shock (with piezoelectric elements or microphone) converters. The device is designed mainly for the needs of defense enterprises. In particular, for the control of multilayer products by the impact method, such as metal/rubber/rubber/rubber layers glued together, while non-adhesives can be detected from the metal side in any of the layers. Control of multilayer products is possible only with the help of UDm-60 shock converters; UDp-60 (supplied optionally).
Acoustic impedance flaw detector ID-91M, ID-92NM is designed to detect delaminations and non-adhesives in products made of laminated plastics, composite and cellular materials. It is widely used in the aviation and space industry, as well as in the production of structures made of composite materials. It is listed in the register of aviation RU No. 89-06-99 of the FAS of the Russian Federation.
Eddy current flaw detector - crack gauge GALS VD-103 is designed to detect and assess the size of cracks and corrosion lesions in metals with a specific electrical conductivity from 0.5 to 60 MSm / m, including ferromagnetic.
The universal eddy current flaw detector Probe VD-96 is designed to detect cracks, corrosion, discontinuities on the surface of the object of control and the near-surface layer of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, to identify places of drowning.
